IvySelect College Scholarship

IvySelect College Consulting celebrates hard-working, high-achieving students seeking admission to top colleges, by offering a $1,000 scholarship. The IvySelect College Scholarship is open to high school juniors only (includes the summer prior to entering senior year). The scholarship may be used to offset college tuition and fees.

The winner will be chosen based on merit and a 250 word statement, detailing goals and future plans. Students must demonstrate vision, ambition and academic excellence.

To be considered, applicants for the scholarship must have a 3.6+ GPA and a minimum SAT score of 1900 (a PSAT score of 190 or higher for students who have not taken the SAT, or an ACT score of 28 or above may be substituted). Consideration will also be given to honors and awards received, as well as extracurricular activities.

Directions for Completing Scholarship Application: You must fill in all fields to be considered, even if you have provided some of the same information on the Contact form. If a field is not applicable, for example, if your school does not use class rank, or you have not taken any AP courses, please indicate by writing "Not Applicable" in the appropriate box.

The choice of the scholarship winner by IvySelect is final. The winner will be required to provide proof of submitted information after selection. Applicants need not be IvySelect clients in order to receive the scholarship. Only email applications will be accepted. Due to volume, calling about individual applications or generally about the scholarship is not permitted and will result in disqualification from consideration for the IvySelect College Scholarship. Calls are accepted only for those students and families interested in learning about the college counseling services provided by IvySelect. Closing date for the scholarship application is July 31, 2008.
